Iron Man Model

Up for sale is this professional build of the Moebius Iron Man Mark VI Model, The Finish and detail on this model is outstanding. The model was meticulously assembled and all molding flaws were carefully filled and sanded smooth. several light coats of primer were applied. the figure was base coated in silver metallic and gold metallic. After applying the gold base an airbrushed pre-shading was applied to all of the low areas of the armor. The model was then masked and prepped for the candy red areas to be coated and afterward the arm and knee joints were airbrushed using metallic gunmetal. The paint was allowed to cure for several days. All of the armor joints were hand outlined in gunmetal which really makes the model pop. Iron Man’s arc reactor and palm repulsors were airbrushed white and the edges were masked and misted in a metallic blue to give a glowing effect as seen in the movie. A custom routed wood base was added after airbrushing the cracked sidewalk base that is provided with the model. In addition an Avengers mettle emblem was added to give the finished model a uniqueness all it’s own. Many hours of work went into completing this piece to produce an almost movie quality, just take a look of the photo shopped image of the actual model with the Iron Monger in the shot. This is a piece that any Marvel or movie memorabilia collector would be proud to have in their collection.
